So it was suggested that I make a flash version of this, so I quickly whipped this one up.
It contains exactly the same stuff as the older version, but you can go at your own pace rather than the speed I set the GIF to.
Hopefully this will be more useful.

I couldn't replace the file on the old version because DeviantArt doesn't allow me to change filetypes. Please disregard the old one, unless you can't view flash for some reason.

Again please let me know if you have any ideas for improvements, or if there's something I didn't explain well enough.

Do you have a tutorial or advice for drawing different postures and or positions? like sitting for example.  I have many ideas for drawing but I am struggling with making it happen.

I find that the easiest way to do complicated poses, or different poses in general, is to draw a quick skeleton first.
You just need the very basics, like the head shape, the spine, and the legs.
Like so:

After that, you flesh it out, put in your body circles, and do the legs. It takes some practice to get used to it of course, but it lets you build the pose from the ground up.
